Payment arrangements will be made at the time your order is placed.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time you place your order. All cake orders under $150 are prepaid in full. Cake orders $150 and over require a deposit of at least 50 percent, with the rest due at the time of pickup or delivery. Phone orders are required to pay with a credit card over the phone. If ordering a cake and picking up yourself, you are responsible for picking up your order.
No refunds on orders placed within 72 hours. We reserve the right to charge the customer's credit card for the full amount of the order in the event that the order is canceled less than 72 hours in advance. If more than 72 hours notice is given, the customer is responsible for all costs which may be incurred prior to cancellation including setup charges.
